Kamut Bread Mix, 1 Hour

Ingredients:

Kamut flour, sugar, yeast, French salt 

Note:

To make the bread honey-sweet like Lizi’s traditional Kamut bread, just add 1/3 cup honey. Adding honey will increase the rise time and bake time.
