Ingredients
Cake

1 15.25 ounce box Vanilla Cake

1 3.4 oz Vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 C salted butter (1 stick butter)
- 1/4 C heavy Cream
- 4 eggs
- optional: can add 1-2 Tablespoons Kamut white flour
Frosting
-
½ c butter softened (1 stick)
- 1 8oz package softened cream cheese
-
1 T heavy cream
- 4 c powdered sugar
-
1 t vanilla
-
1 t Almond extract
Directions
Mix cake ingredients together
Place mixed ingredients in two well grease 8 inch cake pans
follow baking instructions on the cake mix
bake until a little bit of a crumb comes out with a toothpick
Cool on a cooling rack
Mix the frosting
Frost cake when cake is full.
