1 ¾ cups White Kamut Flour, or 2 Cups all-purpose flour
Blend the flour, powdered sugar and butter in a medium size bowl. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking oil. Spread the crust mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish with your fingers. Set aside.
Mix butter and brown sugar with a hand-held mixer. Mix in corn syrup, eggs, vanilla and salt. Stir in pecans. Pour onto crust.
Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes or until filling is set. May need to cover with foil during the last 10 minutes if it starts to get too brown on top. Cut into squares when cool.
