Ingredients
- 1 Food Nanny Sourdough Sugar Cookie Mix (use the entire bag
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cinnamon Buttercream Ingredients
- 1 cup very soft butter
- 2-3 cups powder sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Mix together all ingredients until combined and smooth cookie dough is formed.
Scoop 1 Tablespoon cookie dough balls onto a lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 F for 6-8 min.
Cool completely before icing.
