Holds roughly 20 cups (160 ounces) of liquid. Food should not be stored in the copper pot. Once the food is done cooking, remove contents and wash the pot with mild soap and water. You may also use Barkeepers Friend to clean the pot.
Our copper ladles, skimmers, pan and pots are not dishwasher-safe and must be dried and kept dry after hand-washing to avoid oxidation, i.e. verdigris for copper and rust for cast iron.
