Ingredients

1-16 oz. can refried beans, add ⅓ cup water to dilute the beans a little
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ - 1 pound ground beef
- 1 ½ Tablespoons chili powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
- ¾ teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon fleur de sel salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 -10in. flour tortillas
- 3 cups Colby/jack cheese, shredded

1 cup medium salsa
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
Heat the refried beans and water until mixed and warm. Set aside
In a medium saucepan saute the garlic in 1 Tablespoon olive oil. When you can smell the garlic add the ground beef and spices and continue to cook breaking up the meat until very fine. Set aside.
Place 3 tortillas on a baking sheet and spread on the beans evenly over the 3 tortillas
Sprinkle half the cheese over top the 3 tortillas5. Place under the broiler until crisp and the cheese is all melted and bubbly
Remove from oven and add the ground beef mixture
Place the other 3 tortillas on top and sprinkle on the last of the cheese evenly over the 3 tortillas. Spread on the salsa as desired.
Place back under the broiler until the cheese is melted and yummy!
Remove from the oven and top with tomatoes and avocados.
Recipe Note
Serve with sour cream on the side.
