Warm Raspberries over Ice Cream
- 2 Cups fresh or frozen Raspberries
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons water
- Combine in a small saucepan over low to medium heat.
- Stir the berries carefully with a spoon so not to crush them but to remain whole.
When warm and the berries have released some juice, gently spoon over excellent quality vanilla ice cream
